About River
A river doesn't force her way — she finds it. She shapes the landscape not through force, but through faithful, unhurried presence. That is how I try to move through this world.
My Story
I'm River — a Doctor of Physical Therapy and licensed Washington State Financial Advisor, working at the intersection of the body, the mind, and the life you're building. My path here wasn't linear. It was shaped by curiosity, by the people I've had the privilege of caring for, and by a deep belief that true wellness can't be separated into neat categories.
By day, I work with Stryker Sage, educating and equipping hospital systems across the Pacific Northwest with evidence-based practice to advance high-quality patient care. In my clinical work, I've walked alongside high-level athletes chasing peak performance, aging bodies navigating new terrain, and acutely injured patients finding their way back to themselves.
As a licensed financial advisor, I've sat across from families trying to make sense of an uncertain future — and helped them build a plan that honors both where they are today and where they dream of going. Life is short. We aren't promised tomorrow. That truth doesn't paralyze me — it grounds me.
"The human experience is filled with awe-inspiring beauty and gut-wrenching heartache. Are you squeezing every drop out of this existence?"

How I show up
I lead with presence — fully here, fully listening. Not rushing to the next thing.
Inhale gratitude. Exhale gratitude. It is both my practice and my offering.
No performance, no pretense. Just one human walking alongside another.
The body, the finances, the soul — they are not separate. I hold all of it.
If any of this resonates — if you're looking for someone to walk alongside you in the physical, the financial, or simply the human — reach out. There's no pressure. Only presence.
